Prices and quotes

Prices shown on this site are indicative and are not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing you read here, and nothing said on a consult call, creates a contract.

A project only becomes binding when we have both agreed a written scope and quote. That document sets out what is included, what it costs and when it is due, and it prevails over anything on this website.

The interactive demo

The demo on this site uses sample businesses. Nothing you change in it is saved, sent to us, or connected to any real business, and it resets when you reload the page.

Enquiries you send us

When you submit a consult request or sign up to the newsletter, please give us information you are entitled to share. What happens to it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership of work we do for you

This section describes our normal position; your written agreement is what actually governs your project.

On full payment, the site we build for you is yours — the code, the domain, the content and the accounts we set up on your behalf. We hand over documentation at launch and we do not hold anything back as leverage.

We may show the work in our portfolio and describe what we did, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you.

This website's own content

The text, design and code of this website belong to us. Please do not copy them wholesale. Quoting us with attribution is fine.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on general information here rather than on advice we have given you for your specific situation.
